Instead of flowers, we are raising funds for Medecins Sans Frontieres - sometimes known as Doctors Without Borders. This was a cause very close to David's heart - ensuring that people had access to healthcare and help in the direst of situations. Making a donation ensures that his memory endures in the lives the money raised here can save. I can't think of a better way to mark the passing of a man who cared for his fellow man the way David did.
