David's funeral will take place at 2pm on Thursday 25 February 2016 at St Cyprian's Church in Lenzie, followed from 3pm by a wake at the Kirkintilloch Rangers Supporters Club, 18 - 22 Luggiebank Road, Kirkintilloch, Glasgow, G66 1LR.

As David was not a man who believed in being mawkish we would ask that if you wish to wear black you add a touch of red, as this is not only a farewell, but a celebration of an amazing life.

Mavis and the girls want to welcome as many people who knew and loved David as possible to the service and to the wake, to raise a glass and swap stories.
